The rooms
Garden Room
Our Garden Rooms are the newly built (2019) rooms in our annex, located on the ground floor with a garden view, and are all soundproofed and very comfortable. They each have a bathroom with a large shower. A third bed and a cot can be added. They include an amenities line and a hairdryer, LCD TV, free Wi-Fi.
Double Room with balcony
Our double rooms with balcony are simple and comfortable, with a private bathroom, complimentary toiletries and hairdryer, LCD TV, free Wi-Fi.
Family room
Our family rooms are simple, comfortable rooms for four people with a double bed and a sofa bed, private bathroom, complimentary toiletries and hairdryer, LCD TV, free Wi-Fi. A camp bed can be added free of charge, upon request.
AMENITIES
All our rooms are equipped with the following amenities: double bed, bunk beds (in the family room), free Wi-Fi, LCD TV, telephone, hairdryer, towels, safe (only in some rooms), heating, balcony (only in some rooms).
Our guests are free to use the garden, the children's play area and the garage to store their bikes. We also offer a laundry service. There is an extra charge of € 7 per day for pets.
CONDITIONS
A 20% deposit of the total amount is required. Cancellations must be made within one week of arrival, otherwise the deposit is forfeited. Free Trentino Guest Card for all guests staying at least three nights. We will try to accommodate any special requests as best we can.

Highly recommended
Two days on Lake Ledro with an overnight stay at Locanda Alla Perla. The room is really quite nice and cosy, surrounded by a large and well-kept garden. We dined at their restaurant...excellent dinner... gnocchi alla Boema are an absolute must-try. Another positive note was the courtesy and kindness of the owners. We highly recommend it.
