The flats
If you're looking to enjoy a relaxing holiday, we have three comfortable flats available. They are beautifully furnished with wooden interiors.
Ciclamino, Dafne and Erika are our three family-friendly flats equipped with every comfort, recently renovated and in a sunny and absolutely tranquil location. The three flats are 110, 70 and 55 m²: Ciclamino has a balcony, while Dafne and Erika are lofts. All the flats include free parking, secure storage for bicycles and a large furnished garden for enjoying quiet days relaxing in the shade of apple and cherry trees. The flats are furnished in modern style, with wooden interiors. The flats are surrounded by our private garden that includes tables and chairs in the shade of apple and cherry blossom trees, as well as sun loungers. Free wi-fi and private parking are available for guests. In addition, just a stone's throw from the residence is our Alla Perla Restaurant. The main services (grocery store, news stand, tobacconist, bakery) are also within walking distance.
Ciclamino
Spacious flat with three bedrooms, one bathroom with tub, hallway, living area with kitchen and large outdoor terrace.
Dafne
Loft on the third and last floor, consisting of two large bedrooms (one triple and one double), living area with kitchen, small hallway and bathroom with tub.
Erika
Loft on the third and last floor, consisting of a living area with kitchenette, large bedroom with double bed + single bed, a bathroom with tub and hallway.
AMENITIES
All apartments are equipped with the following services: free Wi-Fi, LCD TV, heating (only for Ciclamino), use of washing machine (for a fee for all apartments), fridge and freezer, oven and microwave (only for Ciclamino), hairdryer, crockery. Bed linen and towels not included, we ask for a supplement of €10 per person.
There is an extra charge of € 7 per day for pets.
CONDITIONS
A 20% deposit of the total amount is required. Cancellations must be made within one week of arrival, otherwise the deposit is forfeited. Free Trentino Guest Card for all guests staying at least three nights. We will try to accommodate any special requests as best we can.

Highly recommended
Two days on Lake Ledro with an overnight stay at Locanda Alla Perla. The room is really quite nice and cosy, surrounded by a large and well-kept garden. We dined at their restaurant...excellent dinner... gnocchi alla Boema are an absolute must-try. Another positive note was the courtesy and kindness of the owners. We highly recommend it.
